By purchasing this event, the client agrees to the following:

1. All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued, whether or not the purchaser is able to attend the event. If the purchaser is no longer able to attend, she may transfer her ticket to another women. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, the purchaser will have the option to receive a refund or join a future event.

2. I understand and agree that the event is intended to be a safe space where everyone is met with zero judgment and full confidentiality is honored. Event members are expected to interact in a supportive, kind, inclusive way, and to keep anything that is shared by other event participants confidential. We have a zero tolerance policy for any harassment, hate speech or discrimination of any kind, and any violation of our standards will result in immediate removal from the event.

3. I understand and agree that the event provider is a Certified Life & Dating Coach. The enrollee understands that the Coach is not a therapist, psychologist, or licensed mental health professional. The enrollee agrees to seek these or other professional services, if needed. Further, the Coach has not promised, nor shall she be obligated to: (1) act as a therapist by providing psychological counseling, psychoanalysis or behavioral therapy, or (2) assist anyone with a serious medical or mental health condition to resolve, manage, or improve that medical or mental health condition. The participant understands that the Coach makes no promises or guarantees, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved through this event, and that each participant is responsible for her own choices, experiences, and anything that results from these choices at or following the event.

4. I understand that pictures and/or videos may be recorded during the event. No names, personal details, or recordings of the participants' voices/shares will be revealed, but images and video footage without sound may be shared on social media, in emails, on Evin’s website, and elsewhere.
