Terms & Conditions:

1. Non-Refundable:

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including if the purchaser is unable to attend all or part of the event. In the case that the purchaser can no longer attend for any reason, she may transfer her ticket to another woman to attend in her place.

In the unlikely case that the company needs to postpone or cancel the event due to events out of our control, the company will give the option for purchasers to attend the future event, or will issue full refunds within 10 business days.

2. ATTENDEE EXPECTATIONS

- Timely arrival at the Event Location when the Event is scheduled to begin (unless prior arrangements have been made with the event team).

- Prepare to turn in your cell phone at check-in and enjoy being phone-free until the event concludes! Let our team know ahead of time or at check in if any special arrangements need to be made.

- Full participation in Event activities to best of attendee’s ability, including willingness to stretch her comfort zone.

- Shared responsibility in making the Event a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for all participants, including maintaining confidentiality with regards to anything shared by members and guest teachers.

- We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of harassment, intolerance, or unsupportive treatment to attendees or staff. Any behavior that threatens our safe, supportive environment will result in a forfeiture of participation and no refund will be issued.

3. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

The purchaser understands that she will be assigned either a Queen/King bed shared with one other woman or a single/twin fold out bed. The purchaser will have a chance to share her bed preference in our intake form, and preferences will be taken into consideration *but not guaranteed* based on order of enrollment.

4. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE:

The event attendee grants the Company the right, title, and interest to any and all video recordings and/or photographs taken of the Attendee, her likeness, and/or voice in connection with the Attendee’s participation in the Event for the purposes of promoting and marketing the Event across social media, advertisements, the Company’s website, and to the Company’s future attendees. The Attendee will not receive any compensation for use of her likeness, testimonial, or image. 

5. DISCLAIMER

The Purchaser understands that the event hosts are coaches and not therapists, psychologists, or licensed mental health professionals.

Further, the event hosts have not promised, nor shall she be obligated to: (1) act as therapists by providing psychological counseling, psychoanalysis or behavioral therapy, or (2) assist anyone with a serious medical or mental health condition to resolve, manage, or improve that medical or mental health condition.

The Event Attendee is fully responsible for her own wellbeing, including any life changes or actions she decides to make during or after her participation in the event.

The Event Attendee understands that the hosts make no promises or guarantees, expressed or implied, about any results to be achieved through the event.

6. CONTRACT SIGNATURE REQUIRED:

The purchaser will be sent a contract to e-sign within 48 hours of submitting her payment. Contract must be submitted in order to complete Retreat enrollment.
